For Make-up

• Bridal Make up trials are booked to last up to 1 hour. Within this 1 hour time frame, I will endeavour to meet your requirements. If you would like to have more than an hour in order for more looks to be created then there will be an additional charge of £15.00 per hour.
• To secure your booking I will require a non refundable deposit of 50% of the service cost.
• Travel is included if it is one of my listed locations if not any places out of these areas will incur a fee of £2.00 per mile. Parking and toll payments are in addition to the service fee.
• Any digital photos taken at the trial or on the date of the occasion, may be added to my professional portfolio and emailed to you should you wish.
• If, in the unlikely and extremely rare event of illness and/or personal emergency I have to cancel the wedding day booking then you will reveive a full refund.
• Should any members of your party become abusive, threatening, offensive and/or violent; I reserve the right to terminate the service without a refund.

For all other treatments
• Mobile service covers the following areas: Leigh on Sea, Westcliff on Sea, Southend on Sea, Rayleigh, Hadleigh, Wickford, Basildon, Benfleet, Canvey Island.
• 50% cancellation fee applies, if you cancel within 24 hours of your scheduled appointment.
• In addition to the treatment times, consultation and set up/clearing up time should also be allowed.
• During your time in my home you will be offered complimentary refreshments of tea, coffee or soft cold drinks
• Access to water and electricity may be required for certain treatments.
• Sufficient space is required for the set up of a therapy bed.
• A landline number and mobile number are required at the time of booking.
• I am unable to accept credit card, cash cards or cheque. Cash is required for all payments.
• For reasons of Health and Safety, I ask that clients and their party do not smoke during any treatments.
